Terms of use

Last updated August 8, 2026

DayFlow is provided by your treatment center as part of your outpatient program. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Not emergency care

DayFlow does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency services. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call 911, call or text 988, or use the support button in the app to reach a crisis line right away.

Who can use the app

Access is by invitation from program staff. Accounts are personal. Do not share your sign in link, password, or device access with anyone else, and tell your care team promptly if you think someone else has used your account.

Using the app responsibly

Content you submit, including gratitude posts and survey answers, should be respectful and should not identify other clients. Program staff may remove content that breaks these terms or the community agreements of your program.

Points and rewards

Points are an engagement tool, not currency. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be adjusted by staff to correct errors. Reward availability depends on stock and on your program's policies.

Ending access

Your access changes when your program status changes. Discharged clients who opt into the alumni community keep a reduced version of the app. You can request account deletion at any time from the app menu.

Questions

Reach your care team through the front desk number listed in the app for anything related to these terms or your account.
