Privacy policy

Last updated August 8, 2026

DayFlow is a private companion app used by clients of an outpatient behavioral health program. This policy explains what we collect, how we protect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect the information your program needs to support your care: your name and contact details, your program track and start date, daily check ins, weekly reflections, survey responses, group and appointment attendance, points activity, and any emergency contact you choose to add.

We also store basic technical information required to keep your account secure, such as sign in timestamps and device notification settings.

How we use your information

Your information is used to run the app you were invited to: showing your schedule, tracking your progress, awarding points, sending reminders you opted into, and letting your care team support you between sessions.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see your information

You can always see your own records. Clinical and program staff at your treatment center can see the information they need to deliver care and run the program. Access is enforced at the database level, so one client can never see another client's records.

The crisis support screen is intentionally free of analytics and event tracking. Opening it is never recorded.

How we protect your information

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited by role, and sensitive material such as audio resources is stored in private storage that requires an authenticated request.

Your choices and rights

You can update your profile and emergency contact at any time, turn reminders and push notifications on or off, and request deletion of your account from the app menu. Some records, such as clinical documentation your program is required to retain, are kept in your treatment center's records even after your app account is deleted.

Contact

For any privacy question, contact your care team through the front desk number listed in the app. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 or use the support button on any screen.
